By ECP Results Team, 02/23/17, 12:15PM EST

15-Dynamic celebrates their championship in the Capitol Hill Classic Patriot Division.

With teams competing in Lehigh Valley, Washington D.C., Chicago, Las Vegas and Jacksonville, Fla., East Coast Power Volleyball delivered a historic President's Day performance, collecting 9 gold championship wins and 3 silver medals.

Teams from every ECP division -- King of Prussia, Lehigh and Susquehanna -- took home gold medals this weekend.

ECP teams nearly swept the Prez Day Classic  in Lehigh Valley, winning gold in every division but 16s, where we won silver. Three teams - 13-Sky, 14-Ocean and 14-Iceberg -- took home Gold or Silver while playing in a higher age group.

At the Capitol Hill Classic, our Susquehanna teams brought home two golds with 15-Dynamic and 17-Platinum winning the Patriot Division Championship in their age group.

In tough national competitions -- the President's Day Challenge in Chicago, the Las Vegas Classic and  the Florida National Qualifier in Jacksonville, Fla., our ECP 16s, 17s and 18s teams posted top performances, including our historic Open bid win by 18-Royal at the Florida National Qualifier.

We are proud of all the hard work put in by our teams and coaches this weekend. Keep reading for more results.

15s Win Gold at Capitol Hill and Lehigh

Congratulations to the players of 15-Dynamic (SV) on their awesome championship win in the Patriot division of the Capitol Hill Classic, finishing with an undefeated 10-0 match record and 20-2 set record.  Three players were selected to the all-tournament team:  Megan Criste - MVP,  Emily Wolfe - Best Blocker,  Annie Shay - Best Server

Coach Brett Aron was proud of his team and had this to add: "Because Kylie Ulrich couldn't join us this weekend due to injury,  two girls selflessly played out of position, worked extremely hard, and more than held their own throughout the weekend:  Gracyn Krawizcki (all 5' 7" of her!) moved from outside to pick up Kylie's middle responsibility, and Kelly Martin moved from Libero to outside."

Way to step up ladies. We are so proud when our players put Team First!

Two Golds and A Lot of Heart for 18s in Florida and Lehigh

Congratulations to 18-Open champs 18-Royal, who won the Florida Girls National Qualifier. KOP's 18-Diamond, missing two players, finished a strong 8th in the USA division.

In Lehigh, 18-Pearl (KOP) brought home the gold in President's Day competition. Lehigh's 18-Sapphire and Susquehanna's 18-Regal tied for 3rd.

Special shout out to 18-Topaz, which found itself with just 6 players due to injuries. The six stepped up and played all the way around (including middles) and rallied  and nearly finished in gold before losing in a 13-15 tie break.
